create_and_deploy.sh: improve build script

Re-order modules alphabetically (e.g. Apalis iMX8, Apalis iMX8X and
Colibri iMX8X).
Force removal of generated DCD header files (e.g. do not error out in
case they should not be there in the first place).
Add note about M=1 enabling debug monitor. Please note that at least
on the Apalis iMX8 aka QuadMax this overflows the m_text region which
may be worked around by manually limiting board.c do one single RAM ID.
